2024 Volunteer Opportunities
We are currently looking for volunteers to fill the following positions:
Time Keepers:
A time keeper's primary responsibility will be watching the clock during presentations. You will signal the presenter with time warnings to keep the workshops moving along on schedule. Between workshops, you'll be responsible for helping to clear the room in an orderly fashion, reset the room and help the next presenter to setup.
Con Runners:
A Con Runner's primary responsibility will be checking in with and assisting our VIP guests with their needs as they run their booth and/or their workshops throughout the festival, especially the ones traveling alone. For example, they may need someone to watch their booth while they use the restroom or give a presentation, need assistance with transporting things for setup/teardown or otherwise just need a helper. A Con Runner would need to be available for our guests and willing to share their contact information.
